PyCALI: A Bayesian Package for Intercalibrating Light Curves

PyCALI v0.2.3.
PyCALI applies additive and multiplicative factors to light curves to bring them into a common scale, by modelling the variability with a damped random walk process. Systematic error factors and error scale factors can also be incorporated.
New version includes new functionality and several other minor updates.

Major update: enable flags for systematic errors, so that one can set different syserr parameters for different points.
