Description

Switch the doxygen-awesome-css submodule to the LizardByte fork/branch and use its Read the Docs search script and stylesheet directly. This removes the duplicated local search asset, updates the header init hook to the new API, and drops the extra copy steps from the CMake and Read the Docs build flows.
