ApkSource 1.3.0

This update introduces major improvements and a new foundation:

• Fully migrated from shell script to Python
• Published on PyPI for easy installation (pip install apksource)
• Added global executable command (apksource)
• Improved handling and deobfuscation of obfuscated APKs
