LSP LUT Generator v1.0.8

From v1.0.8 :

• Windows support: CPU-only OFX plug-in on Windows (MSVC + Ninja). Bundle layout Contents/Win64/. Win32 folder picker, logging, Help/Log URLs, .cube export parity with macOS.
• Unified CMake build: Replaced Makefile. Single CMakeLists.txt for macOS and Windows (cmake/LutGen*.cmake).
• Added GitHub Actions: Manual Build OFX release workflow (workflow_dispatch only) — builds both platforms on demand; does not run on push, tag, or local archive.
• Doc cleanup
