LoadComposer v1.3.1

This patch release improves browser print compatibility.

Fixed:
Replaced the temporary print tab with an isolated in-page print frame.
Prevents focus and input issues observed in Chromium-based browsers when leaving Print Preview.
Printing and cancelling now return directly to the existing LoadComposer page.
