Version 1.3.1 Update

Here’s a quick overview of what’s new in version 1.3.1:

• Optimized database size: We’ve made the database much smaller.

• Faster build: Database construction is now quicker.

• New parameter: -M or --max-hashes

  -M or --max-hashes: Maximum number of hashes per taxid (default: 1000000).

  This helps limit the number of hashes stored per taxid, which can reduce memory usage.
