Chimera 1.6.1 Update

Download Functionality Completely Revamped

In Chimera 1.6.1, we've completely rewritten the download functionality, bringing several important improvements:

Support for Latest genome_updater

Enhanced Interactive Mode

The interactive download experience has been significantly improved:

Command-line Parameter Support

You can now control the download process directly via command-line parameters without entering interactive mode:

chimera download -d refseq -g "bacteria,archaea" -l "complete genome" -f genomic.fna.gz -o ./my_genomes -t 4
