Migrate project to Next.js

  • Migrate from vite to Next.JS
    • websocket server is now on next http server instead of standalone express server
  • Migrate from browser localstorage to database
  • Better support with address containing a lot of tokens

⚠️ Beefy pools not completely supported

This is a hybrid implementation ( App router + page Router ) because of incompatibility with ethers.js V5 and socket io.
Both of them need to be setup in page router.
Ethers V5 version is necessary for alchemy-sdk-js and aave-utilities
