Made the script alert the user to potentially overwriting old files and make them confirm they want to before proceeding. Otherwise asks for a new file name.

It now has a memory! It also uses eval() on text in a json file so don't be silly with that. It might be bad. I don't know I just know I was told off when I switched to using that over the recommended ast.literal_eval(). Generally only do things you're reasonably sure of with the config or the script itself.
