Mutual participants first become mutual associates. Mutual associates engage the superDAO in 3 ways:

• Non-financial spending, direct investing, and parallel systems bridge
• Produce, direct, manage Texas real estate for DAO associates, create secondary liquidity for semi-liquid tokens secured by illiquid real estate
• Reside in a home or multifamily communities owned commercially by Loci Mutual
