Organizing guardians united in a quest to uncover decentralized solutions for the basics of life: housing, food, and transporation. After careers in traditional finance and real estate, the pair resolved to create a gasless marketplace for non-financial spending and real estate tokens for eveyerone everywhere.

Loci Guardians have worked building empathetic systems since 2016. Grinding through conceptualization and organization of a central model, two old birds then learned to break it into mechanical pieces using smart contracts, Ethereum world computer, and web3 ecosystem. Today Loci and the DAO are forming a new way to mutually own long lived assets among residents, producers, managers, and local merchants. The ecosystem is unified by a permanent stakeholder, a mutual property DAO. The multi-category property DAO creates a bridge between physical property and the future.
