Loci Mutual smart contracts utilize the Ethereum world computer for Level 1 infrastructure.

In order to limit transaction costs, Skale.Network is used for Level 2 infrastructure.

Using a combination of L1 tools for the LG governance token and L2 infrastructure for Loci CMBTs reduces gas costs for the benefit of token holders and real estate producers.
