Loci Mutual is a commercial residential real estate DAO

Loci Mutual is a DAO owned and operated by Loci Associates: real estate producers, property owners, residential property managers, and residents.

Mission: expand access to cost effecitive Texas housing

Method: create a [gas-less marketplace] (https://github.com/BrazosCC/docs/wiki/No-Gas-Marketplace) for Loci CMBTs (commercial mortgage-backed tokens) collateralized by DAO-owned property

Loci Associates engage the DAO in 4 fundamental ways:

Spend and invest using LG and Loci CMBTs
Produce, direct, cashier or manage Loci Mutual real estate
Provide secondary liquidity to token investors
Grow property and mutual equity, reside in a Loci community

Governance: DAO is governed by Loci GLOBAL token holders (LG)
