Loci Mutual is a commercial residential real estate DAO for everyone everywhere.

In the coming weeks the following smart contracts will be created:

Loci USD: stable contract minted with fiat USD and stable tokens like USDT, USDC, and DAI. Loci GLOBAL (LG): voting contract controlling the Loci Mutual DAO. Loci Bells (LBs): fixed growth token yielding tax-deferred capital growth, swappable for LUSD.

Loci Bell growth tokens are secured by collateral in 3 categories: DeFi properties, commercial residential, and commercial multifamily real estate for rent.
