Loci Mutual is a commercial residential real estate DAO

The mutual DAO is managed by multi-category experts devoted to individual Loci associates [residents, patrons, property sellers, and token investors].

Quick Start

Mission: expand access to cost-effecitive Texas housing

Loci Mutual is devoted to associates using Loci USD to expand access to cost-effective hosuing: residents paying rent with LUSD, patrons spending LUSD, merchants collecting LUSD, property selling to Loci Mutual, and stable coin investors acquiring Loci Bells with LUSD.

Method: DAO associates are building a No Gas Marketplace for CMBTs and stable tokens

Loci Associates engage the DAO in 4 fundamental ways:

  • Money users: spend and invest LUSD to hold LG and Loci CMBTs for tax deferred growth
  • Experts: produce, direct, cashier or manage Loci Mutual real estate
  • Liquidity Providors: risk capital to provide secondary liquidity to token investors
  • Residents: grow individual property and mutual equity building physical Loci communities

Governance: Loci GLOBAL token holders (LG) govern DAO property long term

The purpose and mission of Loci Mutual are codefied in the Loci Program agreement between mutual principals in devotion to the assocation of users.

Semi-autonomous experts direct, manage, and serve as a non-financial cashier and decentralized treasurer for DAO associates

Producers: commercial residential plan, design, build
Liquidity providers: Loci USD and each CMBT will maintain liquidity pools and offer staking rewards
Community hosts: regional non-US hosts, local county, city, state, and US region
Trainers: individuals learning to teach users at each level
Property Scouts and Wholesalers: real estate acquisitions are people directed and information driven
Merchants: vendor to vendor, merchant to merchant, patron to merchant spending of Loci USD will grow organically
Managers: residential property managers collect rents exclusively for Loci USD
Mutual property cashiers: devoted cashiers serve the mutual property system, accepting fiat, generating Loci USD
