Eric and Jason united in a quest to uncover decentralized solutions for the basics of life: housing, food, and transporation. After years working in traditional finance and real estate, the pair resolved to create a gasless marketplace for non-financial spending and real estate mortgage tokens open to eveyerone everywhere.

The two have worked together building Loci empathetic systems since 2016. After years of grinding through conceptualization and organization of a central platform GetLoci, two old birds learned a new mutual ownership approach utilizing modern smart contracts, the Ethereum world computer, and its ecosystem. Today the two imagine a new way to mutually own long lived assets among residents, producers, managers, and local merchants. The ecosystem is unified by a permanent stakeholder, a mutual property DAO. The multi-category DAO is now creating a bridge between physical property and the future.
