First public Windows release of BaseCoder. Download BaseCoder-Public-Package.zip, extract it, and run BaseCoder-Setup-1.0.0-x64.exe. The package includes the app and runtime; local AI models are selected and downloaded during first-run setup. No API key or paid account is required for local operation.
