v3.0.0: Image-Sort is now Media-Sort!

This release concludes the rewrite of Image-Sort in rust with iced. In the process, the name is changing to Media-Sort. Media-Sort can now sort media like audio and video in addition to images.

Thanks to the rewrite, Media-Sort can now run on Linux and macOS as well (though I have no apple device to test it with, so I will rely on users to report bugs).

The fact that Image-Sort was a Windows-only app really hindered me continuing to develop it, since I no longer run Windows anywhere.

This release massively improves the performance of the preview panel across the board, and improves generation of thumbnails.

Before, generating thumbnails for videos in particular was quite slow, taking time measured in the seconds for each image. This is now much, much faster.
