• Runs from any Agent Skills host. The header gains a host line naming the agent it
  ran under (from CLAUDECODE, CODEX_SANDBOX, CURSOR_AGENT, GEMINI_CLI) and, under
  Codex, Cursor or Gemini, saying that their own config is a different merge this tool
  does not read. The subject stays Claude Code's settings. JSON gains host, host_note.
• docs/update_index.py keeps INDEX_DATE when the parsed index is unchanged, so the CI
  step that re-parses the docs snapshot passes on any day, not only the day it was generated.
• SKILL.md rewritten with a "Which host" section and the Agent Skills spec frontmatter
  (license, compatibility, metadata); agents/openai.yaml for Codex / ChatGPT UI
  metadata; README install matrix for Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Copilot and OpenCode.
