  • Major rename: NeoIniReader renamed to NeoIniDocument to better reflect its purpose as a configuration document.
  • New encryption abstraction: Introduced IEncryptionProvider interface, allowing custom encryption algorithms (AES remains the default implementation).
  • Pluggable hot reload: Added IHotReloadMonitor interface with a default file‑based monitor; enables custom change‑detection strategies.
  • Options class renamed: NeoIniReaderOptions → NeoIniOptions for consistency.
  • API consistency: Renamed ReloadFromFile/ReloadFromFileAsync to Reload/ReloadAsync.
  • Code structure: Split NeoIniFileProvider into multiple partial files for better maintainability.
