  • Add Physical Design flow documentation; remove CAD team Adds eight Physical Design wiki pages covering the implementation flow from floorplan through tapeout: Floorplanning, Power Planning, Placement, Clock Tree Synthesis, Routing, Timing Closure, Signoff, Tapeout Checklist Each page follows the existing Design Constraints house style: short intro, flow diagram, concept and metric tables over prose, worked Cadence commands with options explained, common-problem tables, and a Longhorn Silicon section covering MatE/KVE/TIU specifics plus student tapeout notes for GF180MCU, Sky130, and N16FFC. Tooling references match the all-Cadence chamber: Genus, Innovus, Pegasus (DRC/LVS), Tempus (STA), Voltus (rail), Quantus (extraction). Open-source equivalents noted per stage for the OpenLane/LibreLane proxy flows. Also removes the CAD team from Home and _Sidebar. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
