Keep a Changelog format, compiled from the full git log (Added/Fixed/ Security/Changed), with the Security section summarizing every masking- leak class of bug found and fixed across all review rounds so far, including this session's mask_line_all() overlap leak (#15) and the builtin_scan() large-file read-before-check issue (#16).
