Omnipod Dash pods failing around 2 days 23 hours. 4 pods failed in a row, normally pods can do 3 days and more. I have gone up to 6 hours above recommended 3 days. I could have gone longer but never tried it. I try to change pods around the same time. Error code is : A Pod Fault Details Fault Event Code Oxcb: Unknown Fault Ref: 19-02471-11451-203
