Loop Features

The Settings Support section was revised with a new Report a Problem row that takes you to a unified screen. This includes a new feature to report your problem directly to the developers, in addition to providing access to the Diagnostic (Loop) Report, link to Open a GitHub Issue or Export Critical Event Log.

Omnipod Users

  • Fixed a bug where iPhone 16/17e with Atlas Pods were kept connected in the backgroud, this fix reduces frequency for 203 for that combination
  • Fixed a bug where an acknowledgement for an alert got lost, this fix means your Pod won't keep beeping from an alert
  • Fixed a bug where it took a long time to offer to Discard a Pod the phone cannot reach, now it is 20 sec for most and less than a minute for iPhone 16/17e with Atlas Pods
  • Pod Keep Alive was simplified and language updated

Eversense

  • New Eversense users were not able to connect until an update was added to the Transmitter pairing process

  • Bring in new translations from lokalise
