Loop Features

There are two major bug fixes of note:

• Families with more than one user of Omnipod DASH pods can now pair pods without a spurious too many pods found error
• For users of Eversense and Omnipod Pods (DASH and Omnipod 5):
  • Turns out Eversense wakes up the app with Bluetooth every minute
  • This revealed some issues with the way OmnipodKit was working that have now been fixed
  • There were also a couple of issues found and fixed in EversenseKit where it would stop working, and therefore looping would stop

There were improvements in the following pump and CGM managers:

• EversenseKit
  • fixed a bug that caused glucose reporting to halt
  • fixed a bug that did not restore CGM following an app restart
  • fixed configuration to restore known transmitter
  • fixed the test target
  • fixed vibration toggles for Transmitter
• MedtrumKit
  • added report for state of patch if not ready to prime
  • fixed crash, detect when delivery halts
  • added check of patch status
  • added machine translations for new strings
• OmnipodKit
  • improved timing on eager-connect
  • fixed the When Open to not operate while app is in the background even if the CGM wakes up the app
  • fixed the End Time for Silence Pod
  • added to the analytics reported for beginning and end of pod

There were some fixes and improvements in Loop and LoopKit

• Fixed a few instances that could cause as crash
• Added support to enable Pump and CGM Managers to upload specific strings to Analytics so each can customize what is tracked
  • OmnipodKit is the only submodule that currently uses this feature
