PkgSender-Setup-1.2.5.exe — PC app installer (Windows)
pkg-receiver.elf — PS5 receiver; send it to the console after jailbreak (build 20260921-03)

Start the receiver: jailbreak, send pkg-receiver.elf (inside the PC install folder). Wait for the listening on port 12800 toast. First run also installs a pkg remote installer shortcut on the home screen (Media category).
Connect: console and PC on the same network (Wi-Fi or cable). The app finds the console itself; press Test to verify green.
Install a game: Scan drives or + Add folder (or drag & drop files/folders onto the window), select, Send PKG. Updates/DLC stay linked to the base game (🔗 chip).
Install from the console browser: press Share to console in the app, then open the pkg remote installer shortcut on the PS5. Games tab: single installs or Install all for the whole family. Images tab: Copy to homebrew with live progress + Pause / Cancel copy.
The page header must read page 20260921-03 • receiver 20260921-03 — a mismatch means the ELF is old.

Prepare the console: jailbreak and start one of these (auto-detected in order):
- Remote Package Installer (port 12800), or
- GoldHEN with Payload Server enabled (ports 9090/9021/9020).
Test: enter the console IP, press Test — the app reports the mode it found (RPI or GoldHEN).
Install: scan and Send PKG as on PS5, but also tick PS4 console above the queue — PS4 installs strictly one-by-one (PS5 queues natively).
Transfers on both consoles are plain HTTP (port 9898) — no FTP involved.

Fix: pkgviewer.py now ships with the installer — exfat/ffpfsc/ffpkg covers that used to stay blank now load (press Scan once after installing)
Picks a Python that actually has mkpfs for the header bridge + auto-heals stale imageless cache entries
Web copy progress moved above the list + watches copies started from the PC app
Removing a copy row in the app really cancels the download on the console
