v0.0.7 alpha - new TLS and version

This minor update fixes the version numbering to work with the latest readfish (as of now unreleased).

The version of the MinKNOW API server is now listed with a major version of 6.4.X, which will pass readfish compatibility checks.

Also, we have new TLS certs! Same place, set to expire in 3 years.

Remember kids,

export MINKNOW_TRUSTED_CA="/Path/to/icarust/static/tls_certs/ca.crt"

Also have added some new read classifications, to match the new MinKNOW API, unknown_positive and unknown_negative
