Initial public release of CE Menu Lock.
Protects TI-OS PRGM, APPS, and Cesium ON+PRGM with a per-request numeric PIN. The combined OS 5.8.3 CEmu regression passed 19/19 assertions, the graceful low-memory regression passed, and the project owner reports successful operation on a physical TI-84 Plus CE running OS 5.8.3 with arTIfiCE.
Install: transfer CMLINST.8xp and CMLI.0.8xv. Before installation, disable Cesium Shortcuts, exit Cesium, launch and exit Cesium one more time, then run CMLINST through arTIfiCE. Read the repository README for complete setup, uninstallation, recovery, compatibility, and security limitations.
