Patch v0.3.2.1dev for the development version of Lord Syrupy's Localization Mod. This patch focuses mainly on renaming bullet and shell types, ammunition belt types, and Soviet aircraft, as well as reworking and rewriting modifications to make their functions clearer and explain what they do in better detail.
