One Kick 1.0.0
1.0.0-CHANGELOG
FIX
- Disintegration and Kinetic Overload destruction now stop at unbreakable and kick-immune blocks instead of punching through them.
- The One-Kick Hero advancement now counts health actually lost from a kick, so damage reduction no longer inflates the total.
One Kick 0.3.0
0.3.0-CHANGELOG
FIX
- Added basic compatibility with Yes Steve Model (YSM). First-person kick animations are hidden while YSM is installed; YSM model animations are not supported.
0.2.0
0.2.0-CHANGELOG
FIX
- Kick and charge animations now support CPM player models whose animated leg uses CPM's standard
RIGHT_LEGroot, in both first- and third-person views. - On Minecraft 1.21.1, fixed a compatibility issue with Player Animation Library and The Awakening that could make the player's head or body appear inside the first-person camera during abilities.
0.1.3
One Kick 0.1.3 beta.
Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge 21.1.235+) — onekick-1.21.1-0.1.3.jar
This release does not update the Minecraft 1.20.1 build. Install One Kick on both client and server.
FIX
- Fixed a compatibility issue with Player Animation Library and The Awakening that could make the player's head or body appear inside the first-person camera during abilities.
0.1.2
One Kick 0.1.2 beta.
- Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge 47.4.10+) —
onekick-1.20.1-0.1.2.jar - Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge 21.1.235) —
onekick-1.21.1-0.1.2.jar
Install on both client and server.
FIX
- Kicked creatures no longer phase through unbreakable blocks (bedrock, barriers, and other
#minecraft:wither_immune/ negative-hardness blocks) when Disintegration or Unstable Collision is active. Hitting those blocks now uses normal wall-collision instead of forced no-physics traversal. - If the first impact is an unbreakable block, kick-driven block destruction is skipped entirely. Stone behind a bedrock wall stays intact.
0.1.1
One Kick 0.1.1 beta.
- Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge 47.4.10+) —
onekick-1.20.1-0.1.1.jar - Minecraft 1.21.1 (NeoForge 21.1.235) —
onekick-1.21.1-0.1.1.jar
Install on both client and server.
CHANGE
- Reaction and Aerodynamics recoil is stronger than 0.1.0.
- Kicking a block with Reaction still uses a 0.44 coefficient (2× the original 0.22).
- Kicking a creature with Reaction now uses the same 0.44 coefficient (was 0.14).
- Kicking the air with Aerodynamics now uses a 0.50 coefficient. Recoil strength no longer scales with Aerodynamics level; the level still only limits how many air kicks you get after leaving the ground.
FIX
- Reaction from kicking a creature now pushes you opposite your look direction, including vertically. It no longer flattens to a horizontal backward shove, and looking straight up or down at a creature still produces recoil.
- High-charge Reaction no longer gets capped to the same height as a Charge V kick. Player recoil is synced with an unclamped custom packet instead of vanilla entity-motion packets (which clamp each axis to ±3.9).
