ai: Add an
ai-sdkprovider for AI-generated release notes (f199679)Release notes and social posts can now be rewritten with any Vercel AI SDK model (OpenAI, Google, Mistral, and others) instead of Claude Code. Install
aiand your provider package (for example, pnpm add -D ai @ai-sdk/openai), then setai.providers['ai-sdk'].modelto a model such asopenai('gpt-5-mini'), or to a Vercel AI Gateway model ID such as'openai/gpt-5-mini'. Credentials are read by the provider package (for example,OPENAI_API_KEY). The optionalreasoningoption sets the reasoning effort for models that support it.

Correctly determine the previous release in monorepos (d18543c)
When a package was released independently in the same monorepo (for example, with a selective config alongside an independent config), its
name@versiontag could become the start of the next release range. Commits made before that release were then missing from the version bump and the changelog. The previous release is now the release tag with the highest version up to the current version, rather than the most recent tag. In unified, selective, and standalone modes, release tags follow
templates.tagBody(or thev1.2.3and1.2.3formats), and package tags are never matched. In independent mode, release tags are thename@versiontags of each package. Hotfixes for older versions and releases from branches not yet merged are no longer selected.
