Pinned SigLIP2 fp16 ONNX export (timm/ViT-SO400M-16-SigLIP2-384), downloaded
at runtime by the backend's /v1/models/clip/downloads — not an app release,
see the tagged v* releases for those. Regenerated only when
server-rs/scripts/export_siglip2_fp16.py or its pinned deps change.
