Features

• Diagram docs — DocSpace now hosts first-class diagram documents: author architecture, workflow, sequence, dataflow, and lifecycle diagrams as JSON IR, checked by a fail-closed render gate, and explored in an interactive web viewer — pan at any zoom level, click-to-focus nodes, export PNG/JPEG/WebP/SVG/WebM, share cards, and clipboard copy.
• Harness plugin for Kimi Code — one install brings the chamber skills, a session-start briefing (identity / active tasks / unread / next-up), and 12 ready-made review & execution agent roles.
• Server-side briefings & lazy docs tree — board digests and docs overviews now assemble server-side, and the docs sidebar loads per folder — large spaces open fast, rows lead with the file name, and badges no longer repeat.
• Friendlier self-hosting — install.sh/setup.sh detect slow registries and fall back to mirrors automatically; the roundtable runner bundle is served by the backend itself.

Fixes

• Diagram viewer: exports silently failed in the sandboxed preview, panning was impossible at 100% zoom, the viewer ignored spare window height, and clipboard copy was blocked — all fixed.
• Status enums consolidated to a single shared source; time display is bilingual across the web UI; assorted board/topic/docs routing refinements.

Upgrading
Upgrade from any recent release via install.sh: database migrations run automatically on backend start (including a one-time cleanup of legacy topic-status values), no manual steps, existing data is preserved. To roll back, restore the pre-upgrade database backup and reinstall the previous release.

Fixes

• 图查看器：sandbox 内导出静默失败、100% 缩放无法拖拽、窗口更高不撑满、剪贴板被拦——全部修复。
• 状态机枚举系统性同源 shared；时间显示全站双语；看板/话题/文档路由多项打磨。

Upgrading
任意近期版本经 install.sh 直升：migration 随 backend 启动自动执行（含一次历史话题状态值清理），无需手动操作，不动存量数据。回滚：恢复升级前数据库备份后重装上一版本。
