• 修复 Manage 页勾选/取消勾选服务器后主界面不实时同步的问题（此前必须退出重进才生效）。
• 跨窗口事件名改为合法形式（去除点号），事件监听改为独立注册，单个注册失败不再影响其余监听。
• 重新构建并更新 frontend/dist 发布产物，修复 Release 打包到过期前端构建的问题。

• Fixed selection changes in the Manage window not syncing live to the main window (a quit-and-restart was previously required).
• Cross-window event names changed to legal forms (no dots); event listeners are now registered independently so one failing registration no longer disables the rest.
• Rebuilt and refreshed the frontend/dist release artifact, fixing releases shipping a stale frontend build.
