PyEMILI 1.2.0

Highlights

• Expanded the atomic transition database wavelength coverage to 30 micron in PyEMILI v1.2.0.
• Replaced the previous v1.1 line database, which covered wavelengths only up to 2 micron, with the new Linedb_v1.2.npz database.
• Updated recombination emissivity coefficient tables and line-identification logic for the expanded infrared coverage.
• Added the test/NGC6302.txt line list.
