Windows executable package for WhisperDrop, with the macOS DMG kept available in the same release.

Assets:

WhisperDrop-1.0.1-windows-x64.zip: Windows x64 packaged app with bundled ffmpeg and whisper.cpp runtime tools.
WhisperDrop-1.0.0.dmg: macOS packaged app from the v1.0.0 macOS release.

Changes:

Adds Windows PyInstaller packaging script.
Uses the WhisperDrop window icon instead of the default Tk icon.
Verified with packaged self-test and GUI launch test.
