First stable release.

Everything from the 2026-08-15 audit is fixed: DBus method timeout, strict process matching, termination TOCTOU, fresh-instance restart loop, Tab panel switching, fallback latch, EPIPE exit, non-finite watt readings, encoded bundle paths, PKGBUILD checksum pinning, and CI gating on tests. See CHANGELOG.md for details.

Artifact: wireview-pro2-qs-1.0.0-linux-x86_64.tar.gz (statically linked musl x86_64).
