Changed
make verify-bundlenow also requires the committed ELF to be non-stripped,
to match its recorded SHA-256, and to report the same version as
Cargo.toml/manifest.json. Pushing av*.*.*tag re-runs those checks
and only then publishes the GitHub Release, so a later release cannot skip
the marketplace attestation.
