Ponte 0.1.0-alpha.1 — Omarchy, within reach
Pre-releasePonte is an experimental Android remote for Omarchy over Tailscale: a touchpad, keyboard, window controls, live monitor views and a voice-message interface.
English is the default throughout the app, project page and documentation. Portuguese is optional and the app remembers your choice. Pairing stays saved between launches.
Live view and persistent pairing were verified on a Redmi Note 13 Pro+ running Android 14 using the personal development build. The public source passed 51 Node tests, Java transport and microphone-permission tests, configuration tests, and a signed APK build with synthetic configuration. English screenshots are browser previews; original physical-device captures remain in Portuguese.
This alpha requires building an APK for your own server and entering one pairing key. No shared APK is attached: generated APKs contain the builder's server address and certificate. MJPEG profiles top out at 10 fps, system audio is not streamed, and a physical Android recording retest is still pending. Cellular/WAN performance has not been measured.
Ponte is an independent MIT-licensed project. Any Omarchy integration remains a proposal subject to maintainer review.
