EverLink Release 2

Fixed bugs that v1 shipped with, added rumble support, and fixed controller polling issues.
Also added proper versioning for the relay firmware. (v2 is still compatible with v1 relays, it just won't be able to handle rumble)

Current known issues :

• Controller input viewer is currently quite rough-looking. Works fine, but will need a fresh coat of paint at some point.
• Slight styling issue with unfocused titlebar on windows that aren't the main one. (displays as white instead of dark grey)
• Doesn't currently have support for rumble, planned for later.
