agent-modpack v0.5.0 — every capability has an upstream / 每件能力都有上游
这版完成一次架构归位：包由三类公开源组装——7 个 skill + Nuwa + nomad——每一件能力都有自己的上游仓，可以单独查看、单独安装、单独收到更新。包的每次更新从此由组件更新驱动。
hooks 层进包（随包提供 · 按平台启用）
91_团队工具/hooks/（en:91-team-tools/hooks/）14 件：session-start（开机注入宪章指针+团队日志摘要）/ session-stop（收工提醒）/ precompact / frontmatter-touch（元数据updated自动刷新——用 mtime 对账 frontmatter 的通用机制，zip 解压的非 git 文件夹照常工作，六道防线防误刷防死循环）+ 全部依赖库 + 离线自检器（node 91_团队工具/hooks/selftest.js，153 项）。- 提供+指引启用，不代改配置：包不带任何 harness 配置预设；README 给出各平台可粘贴模板，装不装由你。无 hook 的平台照常可用——人格必经路径仍是兜底，hook 是增强层。
治理件归位 nomad（不再有"黑户"能力）
- 宪章、元数据挂靠规则、结构哨兵、团队日志追加工具——此前住在打包器私有区，现在全部归位 nomad 仓（v0.5）版本化发布；打包链从 nomad 已发布 HEAD 取料（磁盘≠HEAD 即拒绝装配）。
- 单一真源：打包器私有内容区已清空，规则文本只在 nomad 一处，永不漂移。
组件版本表（Release Notes 常驻新节）
从本版起，每个 Release 附带下方的组件版本表——打包时从各源仓已发布 HEAD 自动生成，无版本自述的组件如实标 unversioned。你拿到的包=表中这些组件这些版本的组装，逐字节一致。
What's new (EN)
- The hooks layer ships in the pack (14 files under 91-team-tools/hooks/): session-start charter-pointer injection, close-out reminder, precompact, and a portable frontmatter-touch (mtime-vs-frontmatter reconciliation — works in zip-extracted non-git folders) + offline selftest (153 checks). Provided with per-platform enable guides; the pack never edits your harness config, and persona mandatory paths remain the fallback on hook-less platforms.
- Governance artifacts moved upstream to nomad v0.5 (charter, metadata conventions, structure sentinel, team-log tool); the packaging chain sources them from nomad's published HEAD — the pack is now assembled entirely from three kinds of public sources (7 skills + Nuwa + nomad), each independently viewable, installable, and updatable.
- A component-version table is now a standing section of every release (auto-generated from each source repo's published HEAD).
