Breaking Changes
Error classes moved to module namespaces. Update exception handling:
InvalidPathError→Spark::File::InvalidPathErrorMissingShardFileError→Spark::Shard::MissingShardFileError
Improvements
- Error messages now include original error context
- Removed redundant logging and comments
- Cleaner, more maintainable codebase
