huri-core 0.4.0

First release as huri-core: HuRI is split into a core (this repository), huri-modules (curated events, modules, registry, installer), huri-cli and huri-plugin-template. Lucy-Robotics/HuRI redirects here.

What breaks (from 0.3.x)

• The curated modules and events are no longer in this package: install them from huri-modules (huri-module-*, huri-events) or with huri hub install.
• Modules and events are loaded through entry points (huri.modules, huri.events); HURI_MODULES is default-deny, and actuation modules need HURI_ACTUATION_MODULES.
• Curated topics are renamed to huri.*; topic namespaces are enforced.
• Interface is removed: clients use the SDK (HuRIClient, huri-core[client]). The CLI moved to huri-cli.
• Modules ship a huri_module.toml manifest; the server checks its huri_core range at startup.

Modules and event packages should pin huri-core>=0.4,<0.5. See RELEASING.md for the semver policy and the public surface.

• huri_core.testing (ModuleHarness, LocalHandle): test modules without Ray.
• GET /modules: served modules with their input/output topics and actuation flag, plus the core version.
• HuRIClient websocket options (connect_kwargs, no frame size limit by default).
