• /multi-agent and /task recommend the thin orchestrator. When the session is not running as
  claude --agent orchestrator, they print the exact relaunch commands once and never block:
  /multi-agent always, /task only when the blast radius is big. The main session carried most of
  the delivery's cost (measured on one delivery).
