Breaking changes
PHP 8.1 is no longer supported; this branch reached end-of-life on December 31, 2025.
The Tugboat integration has been considerably reworked. The .tugboat/config.yml file is still generated by Drainpipe, but now contains the full set of commands Tugboat requires to build a preview instead of references to executable scripts in .tugboat/steps. The logic for each Tugboat phase (init, update, build, online) is now provided by Twig templates that are included from config.yml. Drainpipe provides default templates with basic commands to integrate a Drupal project with Tugboat; projects with more complex requirements should override those templates in .tugboat/drainpipe-templates.
Because the refactor changes how previews are generated, you will need to rebuild your base previews after installing the new Drainpipe release and customizing your Tugboat templates. For detailed instructions and examples, see the README.md included with this release.
