v0.2.7: privacy-policy link in Security tab; Play testing link on site

- Security tab gets a footer link to https://purr2fa.app/privacy
  (url_launcher, external browser), required by the Play listing.
- Landing page Google Play badge now points at the internal-testing
  opt-in link for nl.notfinal.twofa.
- Bump to 0.2.7+9 so the tag rebuilds the Android artifacts.
