LunarVitals Nordic Build v1.0-alpha

This is the latest fully working PCB code. Tested with NRF 52840 Devkit, sensors work and Bluetooth using UART. Tested all sensors individually with NRF 52840 Dongle, bluetooth does not work with dongle and not tested with all sensors at the same time.
