Fixed

• Put a toast's close button in its top-right corner. vue-sonner defaults it to the top-LEFT,
  where it reads as a stray control floating beside the card rather than that card's own dismiss,
  and it disagreed with every other dismiss in the app (dialogs, sheets), which all sit top-right.
  It remains a default rather than a hard-code, so a caller can still move it back.
• Handle the tray host's async rebuild more reliably, and show the dev tree correctly alongside a
  packaged install.

Internal

• Take the shared UI kit's toggle contrast fix and its grip-drag reset glide. Neither component
  has a consumer in this app yet; the copies are carried so they stay in step with the kit.
