EXR / OpenColorIO runtime 1.0.0

Optional EXR / OpenColorIO runtime for Image MetaHub.

Install explicitly from Settings > EXR / OpenColorIO in a compatible app build. Processing runs locally and works offline after installation.

Includes Windows x64, Linux x64, macOS x64 and macOS arm64 packages, dependency notices, and SHA-256 integrity policies. All four packages passed native numerical tests and isolated installation/offline-preview/removal smoke tests.

This is a component release, not an Image MetaHub application update.
