Ancient Warriors: Order of the Seal 0.1.1

Keep builds out of the tree: a .gitignore for zips, APKs and .DS_Store

Builds are release assets, attached on github.com. A 77 MB zip and a Finder
.DS_Store had been committed by hand; main goes back to the README commit
with this one on top, before the first release tag points into that history.
